Creating office space from scratch in a leased property. Space planning, finishing works, raised access floor systems, acoustics, furnishing — all under single PM management. Engineering subcontractors (electrical, HVAC, low-voltage systems) are coordinated by the DIVIO team.
Comprehensive Finishing
Shell-and-core through to final finishing. Floors, ceilings, walls. Quality materials from trusted manufacturers sourced through our in-house procurement division.
Coordination of Engineering Works
DIVIO does not perform electrical, HVAC, low-voltage or cabling works in-house. On fit-out projects these works are delivered by specialized subcontractors — DIVIO coordinates them under project management, ensuring alignment with finishing works and facility timelines.
Acoustic Solutions
Soundproofing of meeting rooms, acoustic comfort in open-plan areas, noise reduction in focus zones. Materials and installation through Acousto.
Specialized Solutions
Raised access floors for in-office server rooms, aluminum baseboards and profiles, decorative elements — through Falshpoly and Alumplintus.
