Showrooms and samples

Two showrooms — Astana and Almaty. Physical samples of raised access floor systems, acoustic panels, aluminum profiles. Flooring and finishing samples — on request, with courier delivery to 10 cities across Kazakhstan.

Engineering and calculations

Load calculations for raised access floor systems through certified manufacturer engineers. BIM objects and DWG details on request. Architect support during the design and detailed design stages at no cost.

Onboarding — Signing of the Trade Agreement (2 pages: brand usage rules, personal data agreement, sample handling rules). Catalogue delivery and personal manager assignment.
First joint project — The manager supports the partner from solution selection through final acceptance. After that — standard working mode.

Trade is an open offering: catalogues, samples, service — no financial obligations. Trade+ is a closed offering by invitation with a formal agreement and quarterly compensation based on results.

2. How long does it take to get samples and catalogues?

PDF catalogues — same day. Physical samples — 24–48 hours in Astana and Almaty, 3–5 days in other Kazakhstan cities.

3. Who can become a partner?

Designers, architects, and structural engineers working with commercial projects in Kazakhstan. From individual practitioners to large firms.

4. How does DIVIO protect partner rights?

A partner is linked to a deal if they delivered a qualified decision-maker contact before DIVIO's first contact with the client. Protection window — 12 months.

5. Which cities does the program operate in?

Showrooms in Astana and Almaty. Supply and support — across all of Kazakhstan, with experience in 10 cities.

6. Can I participate in both Trade and the installation contractor pool?

Legally yes, if the partner has both design and installation capabilities. In practice — rare.
