Nesite raised floor panel with suction cup lifter — DIVIO, exclusive distributor in Kazakhstan

Raised Access Floor Systems

Design, supply, and installation of raised access floors for server rooms, data centers, offices, and control rooms. DIVIO matches the system to your budget and project requirements — from premium Italian Nesite solutions to proven budget systems.

What is a raised access floor

A raised access floor is a modular panel system on adjustable pedestals, creating an underfloor void for engineering services. Panels lift out easily for access to cabling, cooling, and piping without disturbing the finished surface.

Raised floor with open underfloor void — cables and services beneath panels

Where They Are Used

Server Rooms

Underfloor space for cabling, cooling, and rapid access to services without disturbing finishes.

Data Centers

Perforated tiles for cold-aisle air supply, high load classes for heavy equipment racks.

Open-Space Offices

Flexible workspace layouts, concealed power and data cabling, acoustic comfort.

Control Rooms

Access to services without operational downtime, anti-static finishes for sensitive equipment.

Healthcare Facilities

Clean rooms, laboratories, operating theaters. Anti-static properties, hygienic finishes, access to services without compromising sterility.

Airports and Transport

Check-in zones, control towers, VIP lounges. High traffic loads, wear-resistant finishes.

What We Do

01

Engineering and Load Calculation

Our engineer calculates loads accounting for racks, equipment, furniture, and dynamic loads. Selects system class and pedestal layout.

02

Matching the System to the Job

There is no single correct raised floor — only the right match between system and project. We select based on budget, load, height, substrate, fire rating, and anti-static requirements.

03

Multi-Vendor Supply

We work with several raised access floor manufacturers. Exclusive Nesite distributor in Kazakhstan. Site logistics included in the project.

04

Installation by Certified Crew

In-house installation crew, experience since 2014. Quality control at every stage.

05

Related Works

Equipment access ramps, level transitions between rooms, anti-static finishes, ventilation grilles. We operate as a fit-out general contractor.

06

Warranty and Service

Material warranty 5–10 years from manufacturer, installation warranty 2 years from DIVIO. Maintenance and system expansion as your facility grows.

How a panel is made

Raised floor panel construction — exploded 3D diagram
  1. 01

    Core

The structural base — steel sheet with cement infill, calcium sulfate board, or wood core. Determines load class and application.

  2. 02

    Top finish

Surface layer: HPL laminate, porcelain tile, anti-static vinyl, carpet tile, or bare panel for client's own covering.

  3. 03

    Bottom covering

Aluminum foil or steel sheet for moisture protection and improved fire resistance.

  4. 04

    Edge trim

PVC or steel edge banding. Ensures precise panel alignment and protects edges from chipping.

DIVIO installer assembling raised floor system — stringers and panels

Support structure

Adjustable pedestals and stringers form a rigid grid that supports the panels. Each pedestal height is individually set — compensating for substrate irregularities and ensuring a perfectly level floor. Stringers connect pedestals into a unified structure and increase the allowable load class.

  • Height adjustment from 30 to 1500 mm
  • Stringers for higher load classes
  • Compatible with cable trays and air ducts

Systems and materials

Panel types

Chipboard raised floor panel with finish layer

Chipboard

FSC-certified wood, density 730 kg/m³. Cost-effective solution for offices with moderate loads. Low formaldehyde emission (Class E1).

Calcium sulphate raised floor panel — high density

Calcium sulphate

Ultra-high density 1600 kg/m³. Server rooms, data centers, Class A offices. High point load, acoustic performance, environmental compliance. Available in multiple thicknesses.

Sintered raised floor panel — ceramic with high wear resistance

Sintered (ceramic)

Non-slip ceramic (gres) surface on an inert inorganic base. Maximum density and wear resistance. Airports, museums, public spaces.
