Project management is the entry point to DIVIO's offering. The client gets a single point of responsibility: a project manager who oversees the facility from first contact through to commissioning. One contract instead of ten, one responsible person instead of twenty.
What the Service Includes
- Pre-project stage — scope analysis, budget formation, contractor and supplier selection
- Planning — scheduling, resource allocation, client approvals
- Procurement within the project — DIVIO handles all material and equipment procurement. This is the key differentiator from conventional PM agencies
- Contractor coordination — managing all parties: designers, suppliers, installation crews
- Quality control — inspection of concealed works, interim checks, photo documentation
- Handover — final acceptance, documentation transfer, warranty commitments
Procurement Inside PM Projects
This is DIVIO's principal advantage as a project manager. We operate our own supply chain: direct contracts with manufacturers in Europe, Turkey, and other regions, warehouse storage, and logistics. When DIVIO manages a project, the client gets more than a coordinator — they get a team that covers the entire chain, from specification to on-site delivery.
This is especially important for premium facilities and interiors: we can source and deliver anything — from parquet and bronze hardware to lighting and decor. This expertise was developed on the Felice restaurant project, where DIVIO took on full interior procurement, including factory visits to source materials.
