Requirements for the crew
- 2+ years of experience in specialized installation (raised access floors, finishing, acoustics, aluminum systems)
- Registered as an individual entrepreneur or LLP
- Willingness to travel across Kazakhstan
- Minimum 3 members in the crew
- Willingness to work under a standard subcontracting agreement (KS-2 / KS-3)
How to join the pool
- Application via form — fill out the form on this page, specify crew size, cities you work in, and experience by system type.
- Intro call — DIVIO's contractor pool manager contacts you within 48 hours. We discuss your profile, past projects, and technical capabilities.
- Trial project — one joint project under standard terms. We assess installation quality, adherence to deadlines, and work discipline.
- Accreditation — upon successful acceptance, the crew joins the permanent pool. From there — regular project flow under the standard subcontracting agreement (KS-2 / KS-3).
