What We Do
Raised Access Floor Systems
A raised access floor is the foundation of server room engineering design. The elevated structure creates an underfloor void for air distribution, power and data cable routing, and provides operational access to utilities without disrupting equipment.
DIVIO supplies and installs raised access floor systems for server rooms and data centers of any scale — from compact server rooms to large data center machine halls. Each system is selected to meet specific project requirements: load capacity, underfloor clearance height, finish type, fire resistance, and antistatic protection class.
In server rooms, the raised floor functions as a component of the cooling system. Cold air is delivered through perforated panels into cold aisles, passes through server racks, and is extracted from hot aisles. A properly designed raised floor system ensures even airflow distribution and reduces the load on the precision air conditioning system. Cable management runs beneath the floor — power and low-voltage lines are routed separately in compliance with electromagnetic compatibility standards.
Raised access floor supply is a dedicated division within DIVIO Group, operating under the Falshpoly brand. Since 2014, over 120 projects have been completed across 10+ cities in Kazakhstan — from telecom operator server rooms and data centers to government facilities and corporate offices.
Raised Access Floor Design
A certified engineer and the manufacturer perform the full design cycle: load calculations for specific equipment, system type selection, material specifications, panel and pedestal layout drawings, and underfloor space schematics. Design can be commissioned as a standalone service — without subsequent installation.
Ramp Structures
For server rack access onto raised floors and level alignment between rooms, DIVIO designs and installs ramp structures. Each ramp is calculated for the load of specific equipment and matched to the raised floor height of the facility.
