About the Project
Turnkey delivery of a 60 m² apartment in the Etasa residential complex, Almaty. Full-scope project: project management, sourcing and supply of all materials, and furnishing. From an empty shell to a move-in-ready home.
This is a rare residential project for DIVIO — the company's core focus remains on commercial real estate and server infrastructure. The case demonstrates how the DIVIO PM methodology works effectively at any scale.
Design Concept
Modern neoclassical style in a calm palette: warm beige and muted mint set the overall tone, accented by natural wood and brass details. Decorative wall panels with vertical texture add depth. Light parquet flooring visually expands the space.
Each zone has its own character:
- Living room — neutral base with green accents that echo the wall panels in the hallway
- Kitchen — built-in cabinetry with warm backlighting, a brass decorative chandelier, marble backsplash
- Bedroom — soft beige palette, pendant chandelier with crystal elements, full-wall built-in wardrobe
- Bathroom — large-format marble, glass-enclosed shower, heated towel rails
- Entrance hall — built-in bookshelf in natural wood, concealed storage, decorative accents
