About the Project
One of the defining projects for DIVIO. Felice — a premium Italian restaurant in Astana — for which DIVIO took on project management and full interior procurement. Every material and interior item, except general construction, was sourced through a single supplier — DIVIO. Installation was carried out by the client's own contractors using DIVIO-prepared materials and specifications.
This was the case that took the company beyond engineering infrastructure into the premium procurement segment for hospitality and interior projects.
DIVIO Procurement Scope
DIVIO served as the sole supplier of all materials and interior items:
- Parquet flooring — Weitzer Parkett (Austria), premium-grade
- Bronze hardware — handles, hinges, decorative elements. Custom-produced by a private foundry for this project
- Furniture — Velarredamenti (Italy) for the main dining area, specialized solutions from China
- Wall finishes — porcelain stoneware veneer, decorative panels
- Lighting — decorative chandeliers, spotlights, accent lighting
- Decor and accessories — textiles, tablecloths, tableware, styling elements
- Plumbing and service area equipment
- Acoustic solutions — sound absorption for guest comfort

Felice became a growth point for DIVIO in the premium segment. The competencies developed on this project continue to serve the company:
