About the Project
The Plov — a popular Uzbek cuisine restaurant in Astana. DIVIO served as project manager and sole supplier of the interior and equipment. The atmosphere of Eastern hospitality: painted arches, exposed brickwork, woven light fixtures, traditional textiles and tableware.
A Unique Challenge — The Cheese-Making Facility
A distinctive feature of this project was an in-house cheese-making facility within the restaurant. DIVIO handled the international procurement of professional equipment from Russia and its specialized installation — a task well beyond standard interior procurement. This required working with industrial equipment manufacturers, specification alignment, and coordinating installation with construction readiness.
